Dudes just a terrible person, tried to work a deal out with him on marketplace and he was just being bluntly rude saying the stuff i was offering to trade was “ worth little to nothing” when he has in the description trade for other skis, cars, boats. Would hate to see how this carries over to his business. Wish guy the best but ur a grown man. Do better.
I highly recommend James as a broker as well as the Lake Team. James evaluated my home, made suggestions to improve the marketability after a thorough evaluation and made the selling process simple! James is exactly as described. A true professional. He has market savvy. He knows how to appropriately price a home and position a home. Hickory’s economy isn’t what it used to be, so selling a high end home requires aggressive marketing to people who are interested in a Lake home, with lower taxes than the NE, and a nice community. We went to look at a house that James had listed and ended up using him as our realtor for the sale of our home as well. James has been nothing short of amazing. He answers every call, text, email no matter what time it is. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and in fact he has simply become a part of our family. Our children refer to him as “grandpa” and even asked what would happen to him after the closings. He is simply the best!
