Staff has terrible attitudes. When you go in with an issue you shouldn’t be able to see a half smirk on their face as your expressing your concerns. Our lease is up in 2 weeks and i will take all precautions necessary to ensure we get our 1300 deposit back because i don’t trust the management here. We started having issues 2 days after we moved in and that should have been our warning to run!
3 years now. The kids stole our bikes and then the staff stole and cut the locks. How can it be a fire hazard for blocking an exit if it's under the stairs. 50 dollars after some yelling I got my stolen items back. I asked for a copy of the fire Marshall report. I like some of my neighbors but there are some future thugs and criminals in the making. Very disrespectful and in need of some proper discipline. This place has not treated us well.
I lived here for 3 years. In that time, there were construction dumpsters right outside our building for months, mounds of mulch that just sat there drawing bugs for weeks and children always running out in front of cars. The final blow was that they stole my $550 security deposit when I moved out. Now I have to spend time and money to take them to small claims Court. Did I mention that I'm a single mom working two jobs? I swear, some places just have no conscience.
Great staff. Great location in Roswell and on the lake. Tons of walking and running paths. Great amenities.
beautiful area, awesome management. Anything we've ever needed has been available to us or maintenance has been completed. I love how patient the staff has been especially with how unreasonable I've seen others be. Thanks for making us feel at home
