STAY. AWAY. OWNERSHIP IS HORRIBLE at keeping the place tidy, up to par, and making it feel like “Luxury Living”. 10/10 do not recommend. Stay as far away as possible.
This place scams you into “luxury living” they got me good. I was told I was getting a “cache” unit, meaning that it would be upgraded and really nice. They couldn’t tell me exactly what my unit had that was upgraded because there were still remnants in it but the girl seemed really nice and the model was beautiful. RecommendedI have lived here now going on 2 years, I just moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Love the location and the price is comparable for the area.
The property manager , Tracy, is amazing. When she started working for the community I knew I had to follow her here. She brings value to any company she works for
Incompetent staff. Apartments poorly maintained. Floors bubbling up, paint chipping off the wallsand the cheapest carpet they could find. They had the nerve to increase the rent when the market value was still the same. There is a new manager every other month and not one can accomplish much of anything. The biggest slap in the face was when I was charged for them to deep clean the carpet due to me having a pet after I had already paid a $300 pet fee and $20/month pet rent. They really are the epitome of a slumlord company.
