I’ve had blood drawn here multiple times, it has been a good experience each time, my blood is hard to draw and the people have succeeded each time with minimal pain.
Great lab fast service .
I need to get a fasting blood test every few months. I USED to go to this location. My last visit absolutely finished ANY desire to go back. I would usually get there a few minutes before it is supposed to open. Usually stand in line with a few people outside in the cold. THEY HAVE NEVER OPENED ON TIME. EVER!! The last time I was there a guy schlepped up to open the office 45 minutes late!!! I tried to wait patiently while he was frantically trying to do his job. I finally left because I was so pissed off. SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Very rude lady on the front desk call. I called in to check the status of the appointment since there was some confusion in the confirmation email but the lady was very rude and just refused to talk. She cut the call in 10 sec. I instead cancelled my appointment here and went ahead with the San Jose location. I would suggest avoiding this lab
