Re: Dr.Maya Gupta Unfortunately my granddaughters physician was off , so we had to see Dr. Maya Gupta. Regarding her low temperature readings of 95.7. Her response was unprofessional and direct by stating " No that is not correct " "That's impossible" I have never seen that temperature in any kids! I continued to ask over and over. The nurse for injecting vaccines are the worst. She treats the baby like an animal and pushes the needle when it still penetrates the skin. Baby cries painfully and has bruise after that. We have changed physician after these types of horrible experiences.
Dr Trager is amazing! The front desk staff could use some tips on customer service and care.
5 stars for Dr. Trager and his staff. Everyone right from Tony at the front desk to the nurses are exceptional. We have been seeing Dr. Trager since my son’s birth and he has always been very patient and kind with all our questions both in person and over the emails. Best pediatrician in the Bay Area. Shoutout to Dr. Gupta as well who we see when Dr. Trager is out or calendar busy.
