Made an appointment online. Drove to the location for the appointment. A handwritten sign says it is closed due to flooding. Disabling the online appointment booking would have been expected.
I have had good results at this location they have always managed to hit the vein first time and have used them for the last 3 years
!BEWARE! Absolutely terrible!!! We only had one phlebotomist (didn't catch her name since she had her tag flipped around)and she was the absolute worst I have ever seen. She could not locate a suitable vein on my 1year old, then she finally did and stuck the needle in and missed, then she began the DIG around in me daughters arm, and started moving the needle back and forth like a windshield wiper. IDK what the heck she thought she was doing or where she was trained, she should be let go or retrained from the start. We will ... read more
