Do not recommend. Not happy with this company
RecommendedSuper fast shipping and great quality of lab supplies at a very affordable price.
Customer support is not helpful. I needed an order I placed on March 30 dated for March 30 and they refused to do anything about it. There are better suppliers out there. I spend $150,000 a year on lab supplies, I have seen how other companies do business better.
I have been ordering from Lab Depot for almost 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences.
I received several orders from this company and it's really impressive how well packed the items are shipped. Other vendors should take note - The Lab Depot knows how it's supposed to be done.
