Use this company at your own risk. They don't seem to care about the quality of their product or work. We had very expensive flooring installed in our new home, but we discovered several marks (chips) on the wood vinyl flooring throughout the house. This flooring was supposed to be "very durable" to begin with. We don't know if the builder or if L&L caused the damage, but we reported the issue to the builder since we have a warranty. Only giving 1 star because I can't give a zero. This company sold me a floor through my builder J A Myers of Hanover, PA. Cali Flooring, LVP, Select, Aged Hickory is the product. The product boasts a 50 yr guarantee and failed after 2 years. Builder won't do anything after 1 year and L & L put me in touch with the manufacturer. L & L up to this point has only referred me to my builder. It's going to cost thousands to replace and L & L won't stand behind a product that they sold and installed. Everything I have read is consistent with my experience. Less than a month in the rep comes out and says it's our dog that caused chips in floor, yet 8 months later and no new chips. Plus the photo attached I'm pretty sure my dog didn't do. These clowns are hacks and do not stand behind their work.
Used for New home construction they did Tile bathroom and flooring, the sales lady was great, very knowledgeable, the Flooring was fine , The tile Work is very BAD!!!! Grout Lines not even or straight at the entrance, Holes in the grout in both bathrooms, Just doesn't Look professional for the amount of money Spent, Still Waiting for them to come back and fix, Just not happy at all, would not use again
