I highly recommend Liz. She is knowledgeable, honest, proactive, responsive, and an amazing communicator and negotiator. She kept us informed every step of the way. They keep bringing paper to own home door. like we need someone to tell us how to sell our houses. They are the reason that southwest becoming deserts. Also today there asking us to sell our trash for other people and bringing people we do not know to Costa Mesa, driving in the city streets pick-up our trash.
We had an excellent experience with Kurt and Liz helping us buy our first home. We beat out 20 offers with their experience and negotiation skills! They were very patient with our inexperience and made the whole process very smooth for us. Recommend if you’re looking for a realtor in Orange County.
If I could give this business negative stars I would! The Kurt Real Estate Group, besides being realtors, acts as a property management group. I vacated a property in Aliso Viejo that they managed over a month ago and they have yet to refund me my security deposit money. They keep coming up with stories regarding their accounts being frozen (of course, they claim it’s not their fault).
