Willow Pointe resident. The management office is awful. They make sure you know they do not care about you or your concerns. Getting a reply is impossible unless it’s about them getting more money out of you. The walls are made of paper. The walking from your neighbor above you will wake you up at night. Cheaply made and the rent is raised $140 every year.
