The company takes monies in advance not knowing if you can past a credit check then holds the money until they see its okay to release funds back to the consumer. They are taking advantage of seniors needing housing. Today times can make that very uncomfortable especially if a notice was put in to move from current address. They shouldnt have the right to do this . Management at ************************* fail to address issues of right to peaceful living conditions , health violations , failure to fix property security gate that has been broken for MONTHS, bugs, lack of heating source. When brought complaint to management was rudely addressed, told to call the police for tenant who causes excessive noise and causes damage to their living place.
