Love going to Kompound. I have only been going a few months, the people are welcoming and make you feel at home. Brad is a great instructor and is able to break down techniques to apply to all belts. I especially love going to the women's class on Fridays with Kim.
It is time for another review. I have been a member of the Kompound for five years. My BJJ has advanced leaps and bounds thanks to quality instruction and great teammates. If you want great teammates and coaching, make the Kompound part of your BJJ journey.
