Homes are built bad and it’s hard to get in contact with them
Kolter has a dream team at Avenir. It started with Vienna our marketing coordinator who assisted us finding the perfect home. Vienna is well versed with home solutions, attentive and very proactive. I rented an apartment in Alton at Central Park, which is owned by Kolter Multifamily. They sent a notice telling me that I would receive my $483 security deposit back. They have yet to return the deposit. It is over 60 days. They do not answer calls, they do not answer emails and there are many postings stating that this company does not return security deposits.
