Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this salon. I arrived on time to my appointment I had booked with either Ebony or Kayla. I specifically chose them for the 20% off promotion. I arrived to the salon and sat waiting for 45 minutes. The owner Kenni told me stylist I booked with was on her way. Sheek was amazing , I found the salon on google and Groupon and was in an emergency hair appointment lol… I was nervous coming in and when I say the atmosphere was PHENOMENAL and his customer service was amazing and so welcoming . We laughed the entire time and had so many different conversations and I will be back for sure !!!! I will be trying different styles as well and can’t wait to make this my permanent salon to go to !!! Got my hair done by Crystal. She cut my natural hair exactly like asked, educated me on the proper care for my color treated hair and took her time to answer all my concerns. She was really nice and very thorough. 5 days later my hair is still soft and defined! 10/10 will definitely be seeing her again.

I loved the studio's atmosphere, the colors, the friendly welcome, and the sense of exclusivity. I was truly impressed and felt refreshed. I'll definitely be back soon. Ebony understood exactly what I wanted and knew what she was doing, and Kenni was very friendly too.
