We have been a tenant for 2 years and just signed a new 3 year lease. Despite what (i think are fake) these poor reviews say, The Koll Company is completely on top of any issue we have ever had. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. It is a great spot to conduct your business.
1. The reviews below are suspicious. All at the same time and this company didn’t have bad reviews before that and they have been in business a long time. 2. There are 3rd parties (contractor’s) and the people they use (very diversified young old disabled etc) who get into properties to intentionally hurt companies and individuals. 3. I would get a lawyer/investigator. The reviewer’s below can be sued if those people do not have proof of their claims or the proper steps they took to fix any legitimate issue.
Criminals! Stay away! This company manages 17748 Sky Park Circle, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92614 which is supposedly rented out to Vercy Tax Relief which keeps contacting my disabled aunt about a tax problem even though she does not owe any taxes! I called to verify that they are actually renting this office space to this company and they told me they could not say who they rent office space too. Very professional.
I wish I can give "0" if I can. My office has been with AC more than 1 year and I feel like I am in sauna in hot summer. Koll says it is too expensive and have kept saying we are working on it in long term. I also have a noise issue with my neighbor and Koll said we can't do anything with that. Stay away from Koll and recommend not to have business with them.
