There is a complete lack of accountability across all levels of staff. They have no issue with lying to you by telling you they will "investigate" your issue only to never respond to any communication or follow ups. I have genuinely never seen anything quite like that at any other company I have ever dealt with.
We have been a tenant for 2 years and just signed a new 3 year lease. Despite what (i think are fake) these poor reviews say, The Koll Company is completely on top of any issue we have ever had. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. It is a great spot to conduct your business.
1. The reviews below are suspicious. All at the same time and this company didn’t have bad reviews before that and they have been in business a long time. 2. There are 3rd parties (contractor’s) and the people they use (very diversified young old disabled etc) who get into properties to intentionally hurt companies and individuals. 3. I would get a lawyer/investigator. The reviewer’s below can be sued if those people do not have proof of their claims or the proper steps they took to fix any legitimate issue.
