I moved here at the end of June 2025. The good - Maintenance team are professional and extremely responsive. Grounds are well kept for an apartment. Front office (especially Josie ) is attentive and very nice. I love the apartment. The bad - Nothing. Even with some maintenance issues that I encountered when I moved in - they were are quickly handled. It’s an apartment so some maintenance issues are expected. I’ll come back in 6 months after I’ve lived here a little longer with another update.
On Friday evening around 4pm, 2 business days prior to my move in, after my lease was signed by all parties, Josie called me to inform me they were moving my move in date by a full week. This would have rendered me homeless for a week as I had already given notice at the place I was then living. After an hour or so of going back and forth- Josie informed me they would allow me to move in on the original move in date outlined in my lease. Been at the Everette for a year now and the staff is beyond helpful. Josie will always make sure to work with you and make any difficulties stress free!
Worst community I ever lived in. More to come.
