Previous resident and had a horrible experience. Was going through my camera roll and remembered how they sent me a non-renewal because I asked them why the pool wasn’t open. As it has not been open the whole summer. Just posted my story time on TikTok with footage. When I lived there, the pool was green. My closet was filled with mold and ruined multiple bags and shoes. Staff was extremely rude. And my friend, her apartment had a raccoon under her sink. She lived on the ground floor… Beware
I love living at The Everette, the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing.
