When I walk through my apartment it was nice, after staying in the apartment, my neighbors has about 5kids and it was always noisy , so I would complain to Andrea the young leasing agent and she would really listen to with a smile. I moved here at the end of June 2025. The good - Maintenance team are professional and extremely responsive. Grounds are well kept for an apartment. Front office (especially Josie ) is attentive and very nice. I love the apartment. The bad - Nothing. Even with some maintenance issues that I encountered when I moved in - they were are quickly handled. It’s an apartment so some maintenance issues are expected. Andrea the manager in the leasing office were very helpful with our move in. Also was great on communication and resolving any issues or questions we had with the process. Furthermore she went the extra mile since we been here to help get us a washer and dryer and help set up other things we need for our apartment.
Andrea and Josie are the best. They made my move in process a breeze, and was very patient and helpful when I needed question answered. The community itself is beautiful, neighbors are nice and my favorite they update you on everything that’s going on. I really appreciate everything this community does.
Josie Woods is extremely helpful, she easily handles all the issues within the property and she makes sure she takes care of all the tenants need as well. Highly Recommended complex.
