WOW!! Definitely NOT a 4 star experience. Checked in and went to sleep. Outlets were soo loose NOTHING charged overnight. Body wash in shower was empty. Next morning still no bodywash even tho housekeeping had been there and new towels were just thrown a shelf. But most impressive were the ants that had invaded the room!!! They moved us to a different room (which we didn’t really have time for) and gave us a credit for the 1 night. Outlets in new room were also loose and didn’t work. Was supposed to be checking into a regular standard king size room but was told by the receptionist I had been upgraded to a suite. Turns out it was a handicap accessible suite on the first floor. Hardly consider this an upgrade when on vacation as a couple. Nothing says romantic get away in Napa like handi-accessible shower benches and grab-bars. Room had no privacy, had to keep the shades down the entire time. Receptionist was very rude and cold and kept using verbal tactics to make it seem like she was doing us a favour. ... read more
Nice hotel! My room is very quiet. The coffee in the rooms could you use an upgrade.
Great location, comfortable rooms and a very good bar/restaurant for food.
