We had a wonderful stay at Knoll Hotel in Napa! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Every time I stay here, it’s a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean, and the customer service is exceptional, especially Jennifer, who always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. What truly makes each visit special is the warm, friendly staff, who consistently make me feel valued and happy to be here. I highly recommend staying here!
Jennifer was great at the front desk, very positive and welcoming attitude. She ensured I got the exact room I wanted and informed me of some fun activities to do local. Really appreciated her knowledge of the area and recommendations.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Arrived before check in but they were able to get us in early. We had questions about the area when we checked in and the staff was super friendly about giving recommendations for breakfast and a couple wineries.
