This hotel boasts a great location and friendly staff, but it needs to improve the cleanliness of its hotel rooms. I’ve stayed here twice, and during my second visit, I found a few unsightly spots in the bathroom that were left behind after cleaning.

Had a phenomenal stay at The Knoll with my family over the past weekend. The hotel felt brand new! The lobby, exterior, and rooms were all top notch. Service was great as well! Jesse, Rowan, and Celeste were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. They kept the place lively and fun, which is exactly what we were looking for in a hotel lobby environment. Would highly recommend staying here if you were to visit Napa! Would definitely stay again.
Recommend. I booked a girls' trip for my bday, and The Knoll was hospitable and helpful in executing my plan. I had thank you gifts shipped directly to the hotel & they delivered the boxes directly to my room after check-in. They offered the restaurant area for our girls' night in game night and sent a few bottles of bubbly to my room as a celebratory thank you. The staff were wonderful! There is a small gym with Peloton, free weights, and treadmill, and weight machine.
