Loved my stay at the Knoll, incredible hospitality and a really comfortable, clean, welcoming atmosphere. A great location and was nice to have food options in the evening. Will be back!
Nightmare experience at “The Knoll”. Had a stay booked with them about a month ahead of time. I went so far as to confirm the reservation with the hotel over the phone. Upon arriving the hotel stated they had not received payment for my booking and charged me almost double the booked price, AFTER I gave my card to them. Absolutely no mention of this prior to giving them my card, just that I would be responsible for “taxes and fees”. The hotel is fine. What I didn’t like is paying $19 per day for parking based on the location being nothing special. It's on a busy street across the street from a Home Depot and a Target.
