This is a long overdue review. My husband and I stayed during bottle rock music festival and had a wonderful stay- we especially enjoyed breakfast in the morning and meeting Andres who helped us figure out all the local tricks for the festival weekend! Can’t wait to stay again for next years bottle rock
I was genuinely disappointed with my stay here. For a hotel in Napa at this price point, I expected a much higher level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. At approximately 10 p.m., I texted the hotel using the number we were specifically told to contact if we needed anything during our stay. What an incredible start to our honeymoon! The Knoll exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived — we were welcomed with a suite upgrade, champagne, and a heartfelt congratulations card that set the perfect tone for our stay. The breakfast was incredible both mornings and the head chef’s (Andres) recommendations for wineries and things to do around Napa were spot on — we had the most amazing day because of his suggestions. Great bartender!
I travel every week, I choose hotels that are close to work, and have what I want… this hotel has great people, great beds and I love it… they need to get the card reader fixed at the bar… it’s my only complaint.
