PARENTS BEWARE - this location is full of loopholes with their contracts, fees and inability to ever talk to someone within their office. It is a one sided relationship and you should look at options prior to making any commitments with this organization. They charge an unsubstantiated transfer fee if your student moves within their building to stay with their company and facility even though it is not in their contract. The apartment looks good on the outside, but once you take a closer look, you'll run. I'll start with the good, it has in-unit washer and dryer and the kitchen is nice. And that's all I can say for the pros. The lease is never properly explained to you and the utilities are crazy high even though my roommates and I were super energy conscious, like we never leave any lights on and take short showers.
