We are so pleased with our experience having our infants lip/tongue revision performed! Our older children have had the same procedure but at a different location and I was so impressed at how thorough our assessment and treatment was at the Knapp clinic compared to our previous experiences. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I left feeling very supported and confident we made such a great choice with our care.
It’s amazing leaving this place always feeling heard, seen, understood, and confident in caring for and feeding my newborn. The women at this clinic have a way of talking to you that is so uplifting and powerful, and they’re so friendly and easy to get along with. They handle my newborn with care, and have helped me and continue to help with our feeding goals. I’m thankful my son’s pediatrician recommended we come here.
I loved the gentle and loving way they cared for my baby as they evaluated and did the tongue and lip tie releases. They also provided plenty of information on what to expect, so the recovery days went just as expected.
I truly can’t sing her praises enough! My experience with the Knapp Clinic was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, fitting me in much sooner than the availability listed on her website. She was incredibly responsive, always just a text away to address any questions or concerns I had. Jacqueline and Sam are wonderful! They are so thorough and make you feel comfortable letting them take care of your little one. For the first time I felt like someone was truly helping me on my breastfeeding journey and listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Jackie never made me feel crazy or wrong.
