Jackie was so nice and understanding. She took her time showing me and explaining all the details of our appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Very knowledgeable. Took her time with our appointment to evaluate both myself and my baby, sussed out what the likely problems with latching were, managed to help get her to latch while in the office, and gave me more information on how to remedy the remaining problems.
I could not recommend this Clinic loud enough. All around compassionate, easy to understand directions, and great people.
The Knapp Clinic has helped us so much! They are all wonderful! The care that they provide is second to none. I am so glad I made an appointment and started seeing them.
We are so pleased with our experience having our infants lip/tongue revision performed! Our older children have had the same procedure but at a different location and I was so impressed at how thorough our assessment and treatment was at the Knapp clinic compared to our previous experiences. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I left feeling very supported and confident we made such a great choice with our care.
