I feel the team was extremely thorough in providing assessment and education on all things ties, breastfeeding, and pumping. They were relatable and helped me feel comfortable, despite my nerves about my baby’s procedure. I’m so glad we received care here.
Everyone has been so friendly & knowledgeable. We were having difficulties with feeding, pumping & a tongue tie, & they have been so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help after delivery.
The Knapp Clinic and all the ladies that worked with us are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and SUPPORTIVE! I am so glad we decided to go for evaluation. My appt was 2 hours (yes, long) but she worked with us the ENTIRE time we were there and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my baby. 10/10!!!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about the Knapp Clinic. Jackie has made a huge difference in my feeding journey. She listened attentively, was thorough, emotionally intelligent, and gave me clear guidance, while also making sure I trusted my mother’s intuition about the care of my baby. Jackie and her team are seriously the best. I always feel safe and comfortable in their clinic and walk away with a plan of action. She helped me so much with my first baby. Nursing was very difficult the first few months but I was able to nurse him for 2.5 years thanks to her help! I now have a newborn and they were my first call when I realized her latch wasn't great. Highly recommend!
