Best burgers ever! I had an avocado burger this time, pickle and spice are fantastic as well.
Great place, great burgers and lobster rolls ( the way they're supposed to made!). The ground beef from Nauset Farms, fresh texture, and flavor. Can't go wrong, no matter what appeals to you on the menu, on any given day.
Lobster Roll $17 vs. $26 in neighbouring Chatham. Full of claw meat, BIG chunks , light sauce. As a visitor, I thought 17 was crazy for a snack , but wanted the Cape Cod experience.
Great burgers especially with the homemade sauce. A must stop while up in Orleans!

Since day one the knack has had fantastic food and great service. The menu has normal burgers and dogs as well as some unique options that are amazing. Our favorites are fish tacos and the ring burger. Sometimes the line seems long but they keep it moving and we never have to wait long. We are sure to make the trip from Harwich to Orleans every time we visit the Cape.
I've been wanting to try out the knack. Today I stopped by for lunch. There was a small line but it moved quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and a side of onion rings. Five stars on both. The food come out right away. The burger was perfect and with excellent flavor. The onion rings were also perfect. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I'm a retired chef and I know food. This was right up there. Kudos to everyone!
