Many times emailed and spoke to the manager at Walnut Crossings, Royersford, PA., about issues. Getting no where, I decided to try to toughen it out. Due to job change, cannot fulfill the 6th month obligation of contract. Hardship clauses exist with other communities. Search for a community that cares.
They discriminated against a family and notified them they wouldn’t renew the lease with no reason. . They raise the rent and are very suspicious especially in pa. Be careful this company only cares about money
Kline refuses to fix their PINECREST GOLF 5t hole pond that is 15 ft from my house. The pond totally drains out in the summer due to a broken pipe. The township ordered them to fix their property, and it's been in the Court of Appeals for over 3 years. It is dangerous for golfers and children who jump in to get golf balls they can see because of lack of water.
