At one point this was a great company. They've got too big for their own good and forgot how to put customers/relationships first. They lost most of their talent and hired people like Bill Gallos and Jessica Kern, who want to nickle and dime you at every turn and collect the easy money. They don't produce the results they used to so they've come up with more ways to collect fees. Zero is my overall rating. I would not recommend or ever use them again. If I hadn't meet Amy once, I would believe she didn't exist. I initiated all the calls for feed back and at times it was like pulling teeth. 4 months and we finally recieved an offer and the processes was a nightmare and we never closed. The right foot didnt know what the left was doing. I sent an email to both Amy and our attorney (recommended by Amy) explaining my dissapoment in the whole process, I wasn't surprised that I only received a response ... read more
Horrible. Very lazy and non responsive. I am still waiting to get an earnest money check back from almost a month ago - apparently they "mailed" it and are not responsible for it. Right...... Have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people. Either they need to hire more support or work at the same level every other realtor works at. Don't use these scam artists- you will be disappointed!!
