RecommendedI had a great time at the tamale cooking class. Besides learning how to make tamales, I learned how to make fried plantain and a wonderful Pico de Gallo. I am looking forward to next months class as I already signed up.
We were there for the seafood class. We had the best time, enjoyed the company and the food turned out great. Our instructor was wonderful. The store front has so many wonderful gadgets, I could have spent another 30 mins in there lol. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family. Looking forward to my next trip!!

We love this fantastic business! I can't call it a store, boutique or shop because it is soooo much more! It's a place for community to gather, an owner who knows your name and always welcomes you, a place to learn and grow, a tremendous resource for home or professional chefs, a location that has great gifts, it's an interactive cooking school, a fellowship opportunity and a place that just makes you feel good! Alicia is incredible and Galveston is so fortunate to have this amazing business!

A fun evening in a lovely setting. Alicia is the epitome of a perfect hostess and makes everyone welcome. Chef Bailey did an excellent job of simultaneously leading, teaching, engaging and entertaining, all while cooking a wonderful meal. The food was good and definitely can be reproduced at home we enjoyed ourselves and hope to do another class very soon. Thank you!!
