I really enjoyed the "Gulf Seafood: Feelin' Crabby" class tonight. I was partial to the crab cakes and Chef Mary Bass's remoulade is possibly the best I've ever had. Chef Bass is a pleasure with a genuine, warm and inclusive presentation style. I suspect this old dog learned more than a few new tricks tonight. Thank you Alisha for providing this opportunity for Galveston. You're just about too cute for words! This was my first class. It won't be my last.

The class today with Chef Mary was so much fun! I really appreciated all the bonus tips we learned as well as learning to prepare the delicious recipes offered in the class. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here. The owner and instructors were great and the food was delicious. If you live in Galveston or are just visiting, I recommend taking a class at Kitchen Chick....then spend a little time shopping in the store.
