What a great experience! The instructors manage to combine new skills, food science, and delicious food in a friendly, beautiful location. I highly recommend taking a class, or many, from them.
We held a corporate cooking class at Middleground Farms and loved every part of it. The Chef/Owner Operator were awesome, everyone felt included and it was amazing. Will definitely be back. :)
Was in Portland this weekend, got to visit and attend a class “Foodies Rustic Italian” at Middleground Farms. The class and food were awesome. The Chefs, of course, were the best part. I am so proud of my son, he has such a great place to work. If you find yourself in Wilsonville, you must stop by. The owner Jessica runs a great place where the experience keeps you longing for more. They also have a BnB next to it, so cute. Best visit ever. Definitely going back for another class and stay in the BnB. Love it.

I recently coordinated a wedding at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms and greatly enjoyed the experience! I've done many a wedding at a farm and the one at Middleground was one of my favorites. The staff is top-notch, led by a highly capable and truly talented manager. Their biggest goal was to make sure the couple enjoyed themselves and their attention to detail, quality service, and DELICIOUS food truly made the day. I highly recommend The Kitchen at Middleground Farms and hope to work there again soon!
RecommendedWe had the most amazing time! Chef Quinn and Chef Kate were excellent, knowledgeable and patient with our whole class as we were learning basic knife skills. We had French onion soup, carrot/apple/celery salad, Moroccan chicken and ended with yummy apple turnovers! The atmosphere is fun and amazingly beautiful. I would highly recommend! SO much fun!!
Wonderful cooking experience with knowledgable chefs, fun atmosphere, delicious food & plenty to drink!
