I liked that it was smaller and less crowded. It was easy to keep your eyes on your kids at all times. There was something for everyone - my daughter was fascinated with all the plants, the little guy loved watching the animals poop 😂 and even my teenager was all excited about the Christmas trees. Everything was extremely reasonably priced. We did a hay ride as a family of five and bought boiled peanuts (which were SO yummy) and apple butter and left spending less than $25.
This place is a phenomenal experience! From the traffic flow to the crowd management (products available on both sides of the checkout center), it is extremely evident the owners put a serious focus on ‘how would I want my experience if I were a customer?’ mentality! The two guys who run the farm were moving around the crowd and talking with people making everyone feel welcomed. My wife and I plan to purchase our Christmas tree from them and every product we can from now on. Check this place out
This was our second year visiting Kinsey Family Farm for fall activities. We love it. Parking is easy. Prices are ideal. Staff is super friendly. We love the animals, the pumpkin selection, and you cannot go wrong with the $3 long hayride that takes you all around the farm. Just the right amount of activities without feeling overwhelmed & having to deal with an overwhelming crowd. We will definitely be back year after year!
100% recommend! There’s so many varieties of pumpkins & they’re all very reasonably priced. They have pigs, cows, goats, & alpacas you can feed and pet. Plenty of cute places to take pictures & a very long hay ride through their beautiful land. Parking is free.
