I have bought trees from Kinsey Farms for many years, for the last 2 years the tree have been really bad. Last year I didn't call or complain that my tree was half bare 2 weeks before Christmas but for it to happen again. I have called 3 times and have been told 3 times " I will have the owner call you". It has been almost a week and I have not had one call from Kinsey Farms. Tonight I am taking the tree down and will go spend more money on an artificial tree and will have to redecorate it.
