Kacie’s 6 years of experience belie her expertise as a realtor. Two things bore this out. We were selling my sister’s house after she passed and it was not in good shape. Kacie’s initial assessment of the property, after about 15 minutes of reviewing it, were spot on accurate. Secondly, due to its condition the property was never going to fetch top dollar but Kacie treated me and the handling of the process as if it were the most important thing to her. An all-around very positive experience.
The Kinney Team was responsive, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them highly for any real estate needs.
