John and Jonathan King sold my rental house to the existing tenant. There were quite a few obstacles to negotiate and they made it as painless as possible. I have bought and sold 10 houses over the years and he is the only one that showed up at the final signing to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a great experience working with Jonny and the King team. We were first time home buyers and Jonny was there every step of the way to guide us through the process of buying a home and make sure we were comfortable. He was very responsive and available any time we had questions and was extremely proactive in communicating with a very unresponsive seller’s agent. We would definitely recommend him to any first time buyer who needs more explanation and guidance through the home buying process!
Great experience dealing with the King team! They did not pressure us to ‘over’ stage the house but offered a few simple suggestions on how to make the property show better. The house sold quickly and at a better price than we expected. With their guidance, the close process was stress free.
