The king group made buying and selling our home seamless. Laurie Smith, our realtor, was knowledgeable, quick to respond and helped in every area, she always was 10 steps ahead in everything! She priced our home perfectly to sell, the pictures and write up about our home were amazing, she even helped with choosing paint colors. In making the offer to buy a home, she knew exactly how to make it appealing to a seller. Laurie is a stellar agent and I would never want to use anyone else.
