I've had other floor cleaning companies in the past, and The King Cleaning Services has been the best (the owner delivered the service). Others have cleaned the grout just to have it remain looking the same, or remove the dirt. This company actually removed the dirt completely, which let the original color of the grout from 10 years ago resurface again! I have 2 toddlers in the home who sit on light beige microfiber chairs. Had a very bad experience with this tile cleaner. I had just installed brand new carpet 2 days prior to this company coming in to clean my tiles. In the process of cleaning my tile he stained my brand new carpet. Not only did he stain my brand new carpet he stayed some of the bedroom doors and also band up some walls dragging his vacuum hoses throughout the house.
