Shadi in the Tre Rivali lobby restaurant made our trip! He has excellent customer service and kept us laughing while keeping the drinks flowing whether cocktails in the evening or coffee in the morning! Food was good too.
Location is great. Service is amazing. Room is awesome! Perfection!
Great hotel in the third Ward. Warm and professional staff. Beds were cozy and the room was quiet. Great bathroom. The amenities were endless, including being able to order a feather pillow. Rooftop bar with a view, couldn't hear it even though the room was one floor below it. The locations when we were shops and restaurants.
One of the best overall hotels I’ve stayed at. We live in Chicago and come up to Milwaukee periodically and the Journeyman is the only hotel we want to stay at. The atmosphere, the amenities (dog friendly), restaurant, lounge, and an incredible rooftop open bar. But most of all the staff are at another level. From the front desk, to the maître d’, to the bartenders, to the bellmen, they seem to only hire the most engaging and pleasant people.
