Alexis at the front desk went above and beyond to help make our stay great.
The service was underwhelming when we checked in. We went up to our room and were given a room right in front of the mechanicals on the roof. There was an overwhelming musty smell in the carpet by the desk and fridge. I went back down to the front desk and requested a new room. I was told that they were fully booked and would not know if the could move me for a couple of hours. Noone called or even followed up. Room was clean and the restaurants were good. My biggest issue was customer service. I asked one of the staff at the front desk if housekeeping could go to my room for cleaning while I was away. I came back 2 hours later and my room wasn’t cleaned. They forgot about me. If you’re a Diamond Elite Ambassador member like me, some places just don’t care what your status is. So make sure you do thorough research first, before making a reservation.
