Very nice hotel, rooms were a nice size. Only negative were the pillows (too hard). Very friendly staff from front desk to valet service. Happy hour with free beer/wine from 5-6. They are dog friendly so worried about noise from barking, but was very quiet! What a great location in Milwaukee’s 3rd Ward.
Stepping into the journeymen you may think, “wow what a great spot” alas upon entering your room, walking to the bar or restaurant your brain turns on and says, “oh my gosh this place is cheap, what have I done?” Then you are stuck. I don’t want you to be stuck. Do not stay at the journeymen. It is for pets. If you are reading this you are not a pet and unless you would like to smell like or drink out of a dog bowl you can find better in downtown Milwaukee.
Nothing bad to say. First rate!
Great location, and the room had thoughtful touches like the dog bowl, umbrella/yoga mat in the closet and a social hour in the lobby offering free beer and wine. There is also onsite onsite dining and a bar.
