Such a great hotel and staff! The location was great, the staff was the best I’ve been around in a long time and they were so accommodating with our dog as well. Very highly recommend this hotel!
Great stay here. Everything was wonderful. Had plenty to walk to. Manager JC was a big help. We messed up our booking and he helped us correct it.
I'm unable to rate the rooms, as I didn't stay overnight. However, I'm sure they're 5 star, as the rest of this place was! They had helpful staff/employees. They were extremely polite, & it was beautifully decorated. The view, was absolutely amazing!
So glad I finally stayed here as a Milwaukee native. Wow! Great hotel, super accommodating and comfy. Especially the spa upgrade room. Clean, well outfitted gym. One of my favorite bars in the city is in the rooftop bar overlooking the Milwaukee skyline. You also have a solid restaurant on the first floor. Smack dab in the middle of the 3rd ward, a higher end, artsy part of Milwaukee. Great spot.
Word of warning that the front desk staff didn’t bother to tell us is that there is a club with a DJ on the 9th floor on Saturdays. So if you’re staying on the 8th floor like, we were, you’re going to be unable to sleep until the DJ’s set is over at 2am. Which is a problem when you are traveling with a child who wakes up at 6am. Would not recommend and won’t be staying again. The Pfister is nice and quiet.
