Edit to review - Kim claims she submitted multiple offers on our behalf. She only submitted 1 offer on our behalf. So she is being dishonest. And we accidentally filed the complaint with NC instead of SC, which is why our case was closed. Not because it wasn’t valid. We are still under active agreement with Kim and she has not responded to any of my texts in DAYS.
Kimberly is who you want for your realtor. We moved from out of state and knew no one and she was a huge blessing as we searched. She helped us find and get a GREAT deal on a home and due to job relocation, helped us sell that home a year later. Her group is super involved in the community and are just a great resource to have locally!
Kimberly and her team were recommended to me through a family friend. I was not very familiar with the Fort Mill area so it was very nice to have somebody as knowledgeable about the neighborhoods as they were in my corner. She was able to guide me and help me understand the real estate process. I’m very excited to explore my new community and will definitely be using her again in the future!
