Drink are tiny .... food portiond tiner ....too pricey..... service was great.

I'm writing this review actually BEFORE dining at Upstairs simply to alert readers to one potential upfront barrier - a profoundly ignorant and rude woman answering the phone for reservations. The first time I called, she hung up. When I called back, a kind gentleman answered the phone and took my reservation.
