Menu didn’t have much variety of you don’t eat meat. The Mac n cheese was terrible. The pizza was very good. The vibe was the best thing about being there. Our waitress rushed us the whole time. She wasn’t friendly or pleasant at all. One person paid for our entire table and gave her a $400 tip (which she didn’t deserve) and she didn’t even say a simple “thank you”. Crazy.

Service was very slow. it took over 15 minutes to get our coffee. Our server didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was the beginning of brunch and they were already out of a number of items on a Saturday. Don't understand how this could happen. The manager was great, however, and he comped the majority of our meal. Was very disappointing. Was hoping to have a nice brunch while visiting my daughter in New York City in a place that came highly recommended. Definitely fell short of our expectations.
This experience was terrible... None of the staff was friendly. It took us over 40 minutes to get our food while the restaurant was empty. There was a piece of hair when our food. When we noticed it, we gave it to the waitress she took it to the back and returned 5 minutes later. I asked her if they removed the hair or replaced the food. She assured me that it was indeed a different plate of food. Little did she know, I took a picture of the food before we gave it to her.
