Wonderful place for the kids!! Loved every minute we spent there
Me and my son love the fun factory!!! Super awesome staff and they treat my son amazingly.
Overall it was a good experience as kids had fun in the play area. We had booked for mega fun which included face painting, no one paid attention when we arrived we were not showed where I can get kids to get there face painted. When ever you book just make sure you avail all the services included in the pacakge. I believe when it is included in the package it was the kids fun factory repsonsibility to make us aware where I can get the kids to get the face painting done. Kids have fun but the facility is filthy. Very little staff. Compared to play places in other provinces there is zero security precautions. No stamp or number for children like at other places.
