I really appreciated this dentist and all of his staff. They explained things thoroughly and welcomed additional questions without judgment! They gave me ideas (financial, treatment, ongoing care, etc) and seemed like they actually cared! My son (who's <5yrs old) behaved and seemed to like it there too. I've chosen to use this dentist over a dentist I had taken my son to since he was 1 because of our great experience. *thumbs up!*
Dr Yip and staff made my son Alister feel very comfortable, and were very generous with his goodies too! Dr Yip was very thorough in explaining the results of my son's x-rays and praised my son for being a great brushed. Their new waiting room was inviting and the media options kept my son entertained before and during his visit.
You are the best! Top notch in every way! We appreciate your kindness and generosity greatly. You always have such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you ALL! Our kids LOVE going to the dentist because every time is fun!
All staff were super sweet, and this office is amazing! It's like a kid's dream play land... Plus oh yes... Dental services:) My 17 month old's first visit to the dentist went very well, as the staff and doctor are so amazing with making scared kiddos comfortable. Love it here.
We liked the very exciting kids' atmosphere with their re-designed remodeled office. The doctor and staff are very friendly and the kids are nerves were put at ease.
My 7 year old eagerly asks me "When is my next visit to the dentist."
