Overall not pleased with the experience that we have had with Teresa, specifically. We recently purchased a new build home & while I understand there will be knicks & knacks here & there, it just seems like she disregarded everything we brought to her attention. Let me start by the first visit we all did at the home she failed to remove her shoes or put on any shoe covers stating that “ oh they’ll clean the carpets again before move in” that was so disrespectful in my eyes because even when viewing homes you wear shoe covers... read more
