I will never, ever do this again. My son needed to make up Algebra II and after weeks of working very hard, he was only able to get halfway through the course. I attempted to reach someone by phone but was told by a very condescending woman that it was only meant to be a review of what he already learned in class. I didn't pay for a review. Don't enroll your student here! The math course is not set up to help at all. I emailed the teacher and was referred to GOOGLE for help. I can't not believe I have wasted my money with this company. The French course doesn't work properly, can't even get my money back on that one. They refuse to even budge when it comes to a refund which is terrible customer service. Wish I would have read these reviews first. Looks like I'm not the only one who feels like way. It's sad that as a parent we go out of our way to help our child... read more
DON'T USE THE MATH COURSE. The other classes are fine, but the math brings it down to a one star. I'm helping to tutor an 8th grader using this system and it is so frustrating. The metaphors they cram down your throat to try and explain equations or polynomials are useless and ridiculous- and they can be extremely wordy in some contexts and yet not explain other aspects at all. particularly with trinomials with numbers in front. They tricked me said I had90 days for a refund and actually had 30 had been like 35 days and they denied my refund so I'm opening a class action law suite!!! I want my money back!!!! Wendy Inman
