Prior to keystone our daughter attended private school her entire life. Following the completion of her junior year she had only 3 credits needed at her school to graduate. Her school has a policy that you must attend full time in order to obtain a diploma and she was really wanting to start college early...so I looked for other options and found Keystone. Teachers and staff don't prioritise success of students. I have made a great progress academically since I left Keystone. I will finish my studies in october of this year, 2019.
My daughter’s in 8th grade and the curriculum is ridiculous. There’s no way she will finish in the allotted time. How many papers can one person write??

I love the resources provided to homeschool my second grader. The flexibility is amazing! You can go at a pace that is comfortable to the child. My student catches on really quickly and is almost completed for the year.
The course design itself is poorly done and difficult to navigate. For example, a sixth-grade student has to both discover a written assignment and then go to a link called "Classroom Resources" to get the *actual* rubric, when there is an assignment rubric right there which is not the one that is used. As a parent, I highly recommend The Keystone School, both of my kids have graduated from here and both are doing well in college. The staff is helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. It was good for my daughter because she refused to do school work in the public school and they were just going to let her slide through. Keystone policy of all assignments have to be turned in made sure she couldn't be lazy. My son loved the challenge and the ability to move as fast as he could. Can anyone provide me with some positive or negative experiences with this school. My daughter is starting online high school, and we are stuck between Keystone and Excel? Anybody have any opinions on which is better?
