Pretty chill apartment complex the elevators are slow and small but the landscaping is nice
Dysfunctional HOA. Very old building with poor quality materials, unless you're lucky enough to get a unit that's been upgraded. Neighbors are cold and keep to themselves--many illegally smoke cigarettes from their balconies and leave their butts on the ground. The hallways feel like the overlook hotel in The Shining. Good luck if your car is damaged from their leaking garage pipes, you'll get an endless runaround where they admit responsibility then refuse to address how to fix it.
I am a leasing agent, and I helped several clients to lease their condos at Keys. All the landlords were great and easy to work with, and all the tenants who moved in stayed there for a long time. Individual landlords manage every unit, and tenants have nothing to do with HOA; this makes things much better for tenants in case of unit maintenance. I highly recommend this development.
