Bad service, I called to ask what the price to program a remote controller and make a key and they told me $45. When I went to the store they told me $100, I wasted my time because of the misleading information I was given, improve customer service.
Chris and his guys know everything about car keys and are super fast. I have worked with this shop many times and always been impressed with there knowledge.
The final job is good. But, the estimate on time to complete simple jobs has no relation to reality - weekday or weekend, no difference. #plantospendtheday
This has got to be the greatest experience I've ever had with any locksmith company. The first key that I received was defective, so the gentlemen requested that he would be sure to give me another key free of charge. 5 days and 3 defective keys later, they were finally able to replace my key and then some! They even gave me a couple of spares after having traveled to another location an HOUR away just to use a different machine for precaution's sake! Definitely a company worth recommending to others
