Worst place I have ever been. I bought a key fob for a 2012 Honda Civic and needed it programmed as well. They told me to give them about an hour or so to do it. I came to get the key and pay for it and found out that they never put the small screw back in to hold the fob together and they never programmed the fob to open my trunk. When I questioned them about it they told me that maybe my car did not have the ability to open the trunk with a fob.
