Manager Kevin Quintanilla was top notch. Armed with only an old key, he was able to pull the key code off of the key. I verified it because my wife – not a locksmith but frugal and resourceful – had taken apart the ignition to replace broken wafers and took a photo of the key code etched on the ignition switch. Kevin made the key and coded it in a manner of minutes and, because he was able to read the code, saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I been waiting for the shop to open for 30- minutes. At 10:28am, I saw a workers pull a cars into the shop but the door is still has the closed sign on. That sign say they will be back at 2pm. I decided that I would just go to a dealership instead. All I wanted from Keyless shop was an answer to my question.
Very unhappy customer. Got my key made asked if it would work to start my car, was told yes, then after paying for the key found out that the code was copied from the broken key. Called and asked if I could return the key for a refund and was told no.
Thanks Brian for his amazing customer service. This morning I go to the Nissan shop in Frederick MD, they treat me like a piece of junk. 10 minutes later I find this shop on google stop by and they resolved my problem in just 15 minutes. Recomended �%
Kevin was great! Great service and even gave us some pointers for my daughters first car she got today.
Very great company very professional people he did a great job cutting a key and programmed it to my Camaro within 15 minutes he was done my key works perfectly I would recommend this company to everyone they do great work at a good price btw the Chevy dealership wanted $300 to do it he did it for $105
