Poor service after the sale. If your $$$ fob stops working and you don't manage to get it back to them within 90 days, with receipt in hand, you're on your own. My fob never worked well, and by the time it finally gave up entirely, my 90 days was up! That's an extremely short warranty for something which SHOULD last for several years. Yes, their prices are low, but their service after the sale is equally low. There are plenty of better options out there.

This locksmith shop is truly a life saver. The people that work there a key gurus, they were able to clone my broken car key saving me a lot of money on towing. Thank you so much! If you ever need to make any key, come see them, they know what they’re doing.
Came by this morning, had my truck remote fob shell replaced and the old battery checked, and had a spare key made. Price was excellent, as well. Was super quick, quicker than I expected. Thumbs up!
Kacey and the team have helped me out several times with car keys and remotes. They really know what they are talking about and I would recommend them for any of your car key needs in the Bakersfield area.
My God am I thankful for this shop and the girls who helped me. They were great! They fixed my bmw X5 up with a new fob. You might think to yourselves big deal, but it was. My key cylinder was tampered with and just spun and did not lock. To fix the cylinder it is going to cost me anywhere from 150 to 200. Thanks to the two girls there, I am now able to lock and unlock, my car safely for now.
