I had a TERRIBLE experience dealing with SAHER RAFIQ during the sale of my home. Although she was not my realtor, she represented the buyers — and her lack of professionalism made the entire process a nightmare. Saher was not transparent at any point and often gave misleading or incomplete information. She involved her husband in the process, who was handling the buyers’ mortgage — but unfortunately, he was unable to secure financing and the deal had to be turned over to someone else. Getting sick of this company spamming me with solicited emails. No matter how many times I click the unsubscribe button, they keep coming. Must be a broken system they use. I would avoid doing any business with Santosh Sthapit. I don’t even live or care about South Florida.
