Couldn't have asked for a more caring and efficient agent. New to AL she showed us everything we asked for plus many things to get us up to date on the areas. She was prompt and understood our tastes very quickly. You'll never go wrong using Keegan!

Keegan was wonderful to work with and made the stressful process of buying a home less stressful with her expertise and bright personality. She was always responsive when I needed assistance and very easy to work with. I hope I am in my new home for a while, but if something were to change I would definitely use her again.

Keegan did an excellent job at selling our lot in what was a very lengthy and eventually complex transaction. Although this sale was a relatively small one, Keegan applied all her resources towards its sale. She kept signs posted, offered frequent advice on comparative sales, told me of needed yard grooming, and - above all - contacted local builders to see if they were interested in purchasing the lot. She was patient and responsive when I was looking for my home. Would recommend (have recommended). Saw plenty of rough houses, but she was very good about staying within the parameters given.

Keegan was/is an amazing professional! We interviewed several agents and she blew us away. She was confident, extremely knowledgeable about the subdivision and the market, and quick to respond. Her marketing and listing skills were the KEY to selling our home in 14 days. We would recommend her HIGHLY to anyone wishing to relocate locally or out of state. One more thing... she even referred us to a realtor in SC and checked out a potential SC listing for us.. all out of her scope but JUST like Keegan.

Working with Keegan was great. She is very nice and down to earth. I was able to contact her at any time and she was very prompt with a response. As a first time homebuyer she helped my husband and I understand what was going on at all times. I would recommend Keegan to anyone looking for a home.

We just recently closed on a home we had listed with Keegan. She was very knowledgeable about the area and pricing. All details and questions were dealt with in a timely manner. And best of all, she sold our home within 6 weeks! I hope we don't move for awhile, but if we do, Keegan will be the first realtor we call.

Keegan is very professional and willing to help in any way she can. During our time on the market we suffered storm damage. She should up that night with her husband to assist it assessing the damage and later her husbands team returned to fix the issue. She went well beyond her duty as a Realtor and we will definitely recommend her to others.
