Jacquie and her dad are great neighborly business owners who will not give less than the best products. I had a remote start installed and a spare key made for my car. She would not let me leave without making absolutely sure I understood everything that had been done to my car and why. So friendly and such a joy to work with. I would recommend the Key Place to anyone in need of help with keys and locks.
Great customer service; very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend this local business if your in need of a locksmith! They were able to have my car key made the same day when the car dealership could not help me!

They listen to the customer and attempt to give them the service they requested and 3 if you need any additional service that they can not provide they will give you references with companies/People they do business with and trust.

We highly recommend The Key Place in Zebulon! They are super nice and went above and beyond to get a Truxedo truck cover for us in time for our beach trip. Loading and unloading for the beach trip was so much easier with our new cover and we didn’t have to worry about rain or storms. The cover was easy to install and easy to roll up when not needed. If you are in need of keys, car & truck accessories, etc., check out the Key Place. You won’t find any nicer people anywhere!
