“The Key Place” website says that customer service is their top priority. This is so true. This is a family owned Christian business. They truly want the customer to leave happy with the service that they received. They take the time to explain what they are doing. I will recommend them to friends and family.

This is a family-owned business that is very responsive, professional, and reliable. They helped me get a new smart key and programmed it right in my driveway after my wallet with car key attached was stolen. They kept in contact throughout the process (while I was trying to reorder wallet contents and get money together for the service) and got me back on the road as quickly as possible, even helping me with battery charge enough to sync the key for programming.
