These guys were fantastic. They were a little busy when I stopped by but still were so polite when helping me out. I had a broken half key and they were nice and explained why it probably broke in the door. They were able to replicate it despite it being broken still. I asked for 2 since it could happen again and they wanted me to make sure it worked first before making a second. I came here just to get my house keys copied, and then, out of curiosity, mentioned that the tumbler in my door wasn’t working and asked what they would charge to fix it (I had been quoted 550 already by Honda). They said it would be between 100 and 300 depending on the issue, but that they would take a look first, as my cars year and model is known for locking up due to dirt. Very, very helpful! My only complaint would be with AAA, who Doesn't give you a realistic time frame for availability. That being said these guys were on it and gave me that info very quickly. I'd use them again! They had to get me a whole new key.

Tim saved my day. He was personable and professional, inspiring my utmost confidence. Best price available but also the best service. He came to me when I lost both keys and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy, left alone to complete the job. Nice person as well.

I called TKC guys a couple days ago and received great customer service! Although I ended up finding a spare key to my car and didn't need them after all, I was super appreciative of how kind and patient they were and how fast they were able to respond (they were on their way when I found the key and didn't give me a hard time for having to cancel last minute). I would definitely use them if needed in the future.
