TL;DR: made the effort, got ghosted To be fair my experience was in trying to rent instead of buying, so take that as you will. In our search for moving states my partner reached out in late November to Brandon over a listing on Zillow for a 6-month lease on a house in Colorado, with intent to move in mid-to-late December.
